War Favours: New Libya welcomes leader wanted for genocide

Sudan's president has offered Libya his help in disarming former rebels. Omar al-Bashir was in Tripoli to thank its new leaders for getting rid of Muammar Gaddafi, who was known to have backed Sudanese militants. Bashir is wanted by The Hague for genocide in his own country. Human rights groups condemned his visit, and questioned the priorities of Libya's new leaders.
